Behind Ava Servé
Ava Servé was founded by Jimmi Eriksson and Sara Gibrand. The brand originates from a shared vision to elevate the experience of dining and making it accessible, where gastronomy and design meet at the highest level.
Jimmi, an acclaimed chef and entrepreneur, has built his career on innovation and excellence - from winning Swedish Chef of the Year in 2016, to leading the Swedish Culinary Team, creating the Nobel Banquet menu, and representing Sweden in the prestigious Bocuse d’Or. His culinary philosophy is defined by creativity, curiosity and a relentless drive to explore new possibilities.
Sara, a multidisciplinary designer, works globally across architecture, interiors and product design. She brings her expertise into the culinary world, shaping award-winning designs and Michelin-level dining experiences, where thoughtful aesthetics frame and elevate every moment.
