All products are crafted with care. Prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate; however, slight variations may occur due to the crafted nature of our items.

Ordering and Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Custom orders are subject to separate terms, including lead times and material specifications.

Legal Notice
Sales tax is applied to orders shipped within Sweden at the prevailing local rate. Orders sent outside Sweden may be subject to taxes or customs duties upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Ava Servé advises customers to consult local authorities regarding any applicable fees.

Shipping and Delivery
We ship globally. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Ava Servé is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

For shipments within Europe, if delivery is delayed beyond 45 days, we will issue a full reimbursement. For shipments outside Europe, delays exceeding 70 days are eligible for full reimbursement.

We take every care to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, reflecting the same meticulous attention we give to every Ava Servé creation.

Refunds & Returns
Items purchased from avaserve.se may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. To arrange a return, please contact info@avaserve.se
